Dedicated to developing a platform for personal films, the festival’s goal is to create a forum for emerging independent filmmakers, animators and artists working with film as a medium of artistic expression rather than a tool for entertainment. The Single Reel Film & Video Festival is in a series of screenings throughout the year.
