Snippets follows the daily routine of the students at the Kattaikkuttu Youth Theatre School based in Punjarasantankal Village, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu. During the period of the filming the students were rehearsing Pakatai Tukil (Dice and Disrobing), an episode from the Mahabharata.
